Empowering Veterans with Strength Through Unity

The Morrison Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) Post 3471 was chartered in 1936 and is dedicated to serving America's veterans and their families. We are committed to supporting veterans' needs and promoting veterans'-related programs and initiatives.
We strive to empower veterans through community support and benefits assistance. Our mission is to ensure that veterans have access to health care and other benefits they earned while serving our country.
If you are a veteran in need of assistance, please contact us.
VFW Post 3471 is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
The Morrison VFW Veterans Plaza was constructed as a joint project between VFW Post 3471 and the town of Morrison as the Memory Plaza to commemorate the Nation's Bicentennial in 1976.
The veteran's memorial on the Plaza was dedicated on Veterans Day 2003 by VFW Post 3471.
VFW Post 3471 conducts an annual Memorial Day and Veterans Day ceremony at the Plaza, commencing at 11:00 am, honoring America's veterans.
